Salary: £24,704 (rising to £25,253 on successful probation completion)

Plus access to 10% annual bonus

Hours: 35 hours

Location: Hastings, East Sussex (Hybrid working)


Job Role:
This is an exciting time to join the UK’s largest Private Healthcare Teleradiology company based in Hastings, East Sussex.

You would be joining a dynamic team focusing on workflow support. This would involve first line operational support and training for Medica clients and reporters. We are looking for someone who is passionate about IT to develop themselves within the service delivery team.


Key responsibilities:

  • Provide first line operational workflow support and training to clients and reporters
  • Triage and troubleshoot incoming calls from Reporters, Clients, and internal staff.
  • Investigating and resolving issues following Medica processes and procedures
  • Ensuring all queries and issues are logged accurately
  • Continuous learning and in-depth understanding of our business applications and services.
  • Continuous contribution towards our knowledge base
  • Utilising Medica’s process and training library to support on-going training to our clients and reporters, promoting self-help
  • Report and investigate any service failures identifying areas for improvement
  • Work effectively with IM&T and Service Delivery colleagues to ensure services are maintained and delivered in line with key performance metrics
  • Undertake administrative tasks relating to the operational delivery of all service lines

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Excellent phone manner with strong communication skills
  • Basic technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems
  • Good diagnosis and troubleshooting skills
  • Good customer service experience
  • Ability to work with a fast-paced environment
