Salary: Up to £32,800 p/a dependent on experience
Plus access to annual bonus
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm
Job role:
This is an exciting time to join the UK’s largest Private Healthcare Teleradiology company based in Hastings, East Sussex.
As part of the wider UK Finance team, the Revenue Lead is responsible for leading the Medica billing and direct costs process covering our UK entities, whilst managing the Revenue team. You will be responsible for ensuring your team deliver timely and accurate invoices and specialist direct costs, for our wide range of services.
As well as the day-to-day management of the Revenue team you will be expected to provide detailed trend analysis from the billing data that is compiled and provide management with regular reporting on agreed KPI’s.
You will be a clear communicator with excellent listening skills and with the ability to prioritise tasks in a logical manner ensuring that strict deadlines are met, and work is completed with a high degree of accuracy.

Requirements:
Experience of effectively managing and being part of a team
Proficient in Advanced Excel
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve billing process issues
Ability to prioritise and work to tight month-end deadlines
Experience in investigating complex queries
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with personnel at all levels of the organisation
Experience handling confidential data
Highly professional individual who demonstrates pride in their work
Experience in data processing and administration
Ability to work effectively in a high growth environment and in a rapidly changing organisation
