Salary: Up to £30,000 p/a dependent on experience

Job Role:
This is an exciting time to join the UK’s largest Private Healthcare Teleradiology company based in Hastings, East Sussex, who are expanding their Finance team due to organic growth.

 

Join a dynamic team where you will be responsible for assisting the finance supervisor in running the month end process, including accurate and timely production of client and RAD data.

This role provides vital support to the Revenue Lead, particularly during the month-end process, by assisting with the preparation of reports, completing reconciliations, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role also involves acting as a first point of contact for queries from both reporters and clients, delivering timely and professional responses to ensure high levels of service and operational efficiency. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams are vital to success in this position.

Job requirements

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in Advanced Excel

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Strong administrative skill

  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Ability to handle confidential information

  • Ability to work well in a team

  • Ability to ensure records are maintained accurately

  • Experience in Data processing and administration

  • Ability to work effectively in a high growth environment and in rapidly changing organisation

 

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in a modern financial/ERP system ideally Oracle Net Suite or equivalent

  • Familiar with medical terminology

  • Experience in a finance role
