Reporter Relations Representative

Salary: £24,720 p/a dependent on experience


Position Overview:
This is an exciting time to join the UK’s largest Private Healthcare Teleradiology company based in Hastings, East Sussex, who are looking for a Reporter Relations Representative to join the team on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for up to 50 contracted Doctors (aka Reporters) at any one time, and will liaise with them about shift patterns, dropped shifts and working extra hours, and ensure they have the best reporting experience.

You’ll be the ‘go to’ person for your doctors, their “voice”, and will liaise with other departments across Medica to ensure there is as little down time in reporting as possible, maximising productivity and revenue for the business.

This is a KPI driven role, and you’ll need to be comfortable working to targets and sometimes under pressure.

  • Customer service experience
