IT Lifecycle Senior Administrator
Salary: £35,000 p/a dependent on experience
Plus access to annual bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm
Job role:
This is an exciting time to join the UK’s largest private healthcare telemedicine company based in Hastings, East Sussex, who are expanding their IT lifecycle team due to organic growth.
Joining a dynamic team focusing on and responsible for managing and escalating support calls, leading technical projects, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. Skilled in data analysis to identify and prevent recurring issues, while continuously improving processes and supporting team leadership to enhance overall service efficiency.
This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT professional with proven experience in delivering small to medium-sized projects and a strong background in IT service delivery. Possesses solid technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems, hardware, protocols, and standards. Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation. Adept at problem-solving, prioritising tasks under pressure, and working collaboratively in team environments. Known for analytical thinking, initiative-driven approach, and the ability to assess and manage workloads effectively.

Job requirements
Essential Skills:
· Proven experience delivering small to medium sized IT projects.
· Excellent technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems.
· Excellent technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards.
· Previous experience in an IT Service Delivery, IT Lifecycle or similar role.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· Highly self-motivated with an initiative driven approach.
· Keen attention to detail.
· Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
· Exceptional customer service orientation.
· Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative IT environment.
· Ability to effectively assess and prioritise workload based on priorities.
Desirable Skills:
· ITIL certified or equivalent, with a working knowledge of ITIL disciplines.
· Experience with cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure.
· Good understanding of the organisation’s goals and objectives.
· Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
· Ability to conduct and direct research into IT issues and products as required.
· Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
