Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 p/a dependent on experience

Plus access to annual bonus

 

Job role:
Educate by Medica, a leading provider of clinical imaging seminars and training events, is seeking a dynamic Event Marketing Executive to drive event attendance and strengthen our digital presence. Reporting to the Events and Partnerships Manager, you will develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns, manage email communications, oversee social media strategy, and support collaboration between marketing teams. This role is perfect for a proactive marketer with a passion for event promotion, digital engagement, and data-driven strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·         Develop and execute targeted event marketing plans to drive delegate attendance.

·         Create and manage email campaigns via Spotler, ensuring audience engagement.

·         Maintain and update event listings on the website, CMS, and external platforms.

·         Monitor booking numbers and adjust marketing strategies to meet revenue goals.

·         Research and engage potential partners and sponsors for event promotion.

·         Track and analyse marketing performance across email, social media, and Google Analytics.

·         Create and manage social media content in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Executive.

·         Oversee digital channels, including social media, website, and newsletters, ensuring brand consistency.

·         Implement digital marketing tactics, including paid advertising, to boost awareness and demand.

·         Support marketing campaign planning and execution as per the communications strategy.

·         Represent Educate by Medica at industry events and conferences.

·         Assist with delegate enquiries, bookings, and general event coordination.

·         Provide additional support to the Events and Partnerships Manager as needed.

Job requirements

Requirements:

·         Demonstrable remote working experience in a marketing or events focused marketing role

·         Expertise in email marketing strategies, GDPR compliance & audience targeting

·         Experience in scheduling, tracking & optimising email campaigns

·         Website maintenance & CMS proficiency

·         CRM experience for customer communications

·         Strong social media knowledge (Facebook, X, Instagram, and LinkedIn)

·         Excellent communication & relationship-building skills

·         Detail-oriented with strong organisation & prioritisation abilities

·         Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality

·         Creative thinker with innovative problem-solving skills

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
