Job Role:

This is an exciting time to join the UK’s largest Private Healthcare Teleradiology company based in Hastings, East Sussex, who are expanding their Software Development team due to organic growth.


Joining a dynamic team focusing on the using of data throughout the business you will be responsible for managing and presenting our data to the organisation in a way that allows our colleagues to make informed decisions on company strategy, resource, processes, pricing, and other objectives.


Initially reporting to the Head of Software Development you will be hands-on and required to build a team and capability that can grow the function in line with the organisation’s needs. This will involve setting up new processes and procedures and building the team as well as review of the current tools used. A roadmap and strategy will need to be created and continuously reviewed.


You will be creating relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the group of Medica companies to enable a collaborative working environment that ensures success and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with users across the group, within various business units.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Tableau experience
  • Data architecture experience
  • Design and implementation of Data Warehouses
  • Good ELT/ETL experience
  • Good experience of report creation
  • SQL Server table design, structure, maintenance and best practises
  • Data modelling experience
  • Demonstrable experience of utilising source control and conforming to SDLC in a databased environment
  • Having a positive and solution driven approach
  • Experience managing one or two people.
  • Experience working on ISO 9001 and ISO 27001
  • Working in a challenging environment that is constantly changing
  • Good experience of stakeholder management
  • Source control within a database / data warehousing environment
