Client Integrations Manager
Salary: £40,000 to £46,000 p/a dependent on experience
Plus access to annual bonus
Job role:
We are looking for a skilled Client Integrations Manager to join our Client Services team. In this role, you will lead new client deployments, manage client change projects, and act as a subject matter expert on Medica services. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, from pre-sales discussions to post-implementation support.
Key Responsibilities:
Project manage client deployments and change projects, ensuring timely delivery
Act as a central point of contact for stakeholders, supporting pre-deployment discussions
Maintain accurate project records and provide regular updates
Optimise timelines, coordinate resources, and mitigate risks
Defining the technical solution with subject matter experts
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual, with mobilisations experience to make a tangible impact in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Please note, you will need to live in a commutable distance of Hastings, East Sussex as initial training will be office-based.

Job requirements
Requirements:
Experience managing operational workstreams, of a client facing management role or managing client implementations / change with a client focused approach
Experience in working with and in technical teams
Ability to influence change to achieve project goals
Ability to be both strategic and tactical when making decisions
Ability to build consensus and relationships among peers and the wider team
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
