Position Summary:

This is an exciting time to join the market leader in telehealth services in the UK and Ireland as we are looking to bring onboard a full time Radiology Administrator/ Assistant to join our growing team in our Arklow clinic. Joining a dynamic team within our Radiology clinic In Arklow, you will be a key player in our organization making sure patients have the best experience in our clinics. This is a great opportunity for someone with great organisational and people skills, who has a passion for healthcare, helping others and a personal care for the productivity of our clinics.

Key responsibilities:

·

· Responsible for managing inbound and outbound phone calls

· Scheduling patients

· Sending appointment reminders

· Optimizing the appointments

· Rescheduling patients when applicable

· Managing the appointments activity trackers

· Liaising with clinical staff when applicable

· Managing referrals

· Meeting scheduling KPIs

· Help with different shared email boxes and daily checks

· Ensuring excellent customer service to our referring hospitals and practices

· Help with audits and out-of-hours services to multiple sites across Ireland

· Basic reporting work

· Ad hoc administrative duties as required

· Radiology assistant duties in our clinics when need be. Full training will be provided

Job requirements

Essential Skills:  

 

  • Previous Administration experience in customer-facing roles 

  • Strong administrative skills.  

  • Dynamic personality with a willingness to consistently learn new things and upskill. 

  • Real team player. 

  • Responsive and accountable. 

  • Able to take initiatives and think outside the box when need be. 

  • Customer/patient focused. 

  • Strong communication skills. 

  • Good knowledge of Office pack, especially Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint. 

  • Excellent phone manner. 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Ability to multitask.

Desirable Skills:  

 

  • Previous Healthcare experience 

 

Hours:  

 

  • Ad hoc, as required, Monday – Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Some weekend hours available as required.
