Requirements
· Strong administrative skills (1 to 3 years and preferably in a healthcare environment)
· Dynamic personality with a willingness to consistently learn new things and upskill
· Real team player
· Strong communication skills
· Good knowledge of Office pack, especially Excel and SharePoint
· Excellent phone manner
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multitask

Key responsibilities
· Managing inbound and outbound phone calls and covering the phones when need be
· Owning the scheduling process for the clinics you will be in charge of:
o Scheduling patients
o Sending appointment reminders
o Optimizing the appointments
o Rescheduling patients when applicable
o Managing the appointments activity trackers
o Liaising with clinical staff when applicable
o Managing referrals
o Meeting scheduling targets
· Help with different shared email boxes
· Ensuring excellent customer service to our referring hospitals and practices
· Daily checks
· Basic reporting work
· Ad hoc administrative duties as required
